I had to rerun the python upgrader for satbias files since we changed sensorChannelNumber to Channel. I searched all the satbias input files I can find from develop (since the upgrader only works to develop files) and pushed the updated files to this branch as well as my own branch feature/VarBC-sprint_refactor2 (to avoid diverging).
