Model Variable Naming Sprint: Part 5 #449

Description

Part of https://github.com/JCSDA-internal/oops/issues/2737

Renames the following variables in geovals test files:

surface_pressure -> air_pressure_at_surface
geometric_height and height -> height_above_mean_sea_level
surface_geopotential_height -> geopotential_height_at_surface
surface_geometric_height and surface_altitude -> height_above_mean_sea_level_at_surface

as well as associated variables with suffices.
