g2, g2tmpl updates #462

Pulling g2, g2tmpl recipes updates from main Spack. For now just needed in Spack fork for UPP CI, so no testing for spack-stack needed.

Note sure the package audits and other pending tests run in our fork. I'll disable auto-merge and do the merge by hand.
