Description

This PR only updates the comments with the new dates (https://github.com/JCSDA-internal/fv3-jedi/pull/1100 was merged and the temporary fv3-jedi branch name was reverted).

With this update, CI tests pass: https://github.com/JCSDA/ufs-bundle/actions/runs/7115770261/job/19372682939
