Github Tutorial Outdated #18

Problem: While the tutorial on the readthedocs (https://nsforest.readthedocs.io/en/latest/tutorial.html) is updated, the tutorial seen in the github is outdated, with several commands not working. While isn't a major issue, it can lead to confusion since the download/installation information directs you towards the directory with the outdated tutorial.

Suggestion: Update the github tutorial with the contents of the readthedocs tutorial.

Just FYI - the tutorial ran perfectly when I created a jupyter lab notebook of it. I've just put in that pull request.
