user pref controlling placement of phantom atoms/bonds #113

  1. place cyclohexane; 2. click benzene; 3. regardless of which bond is fused, it becomes always single

This is a feature. It should be better supported by a user preference with the choices "Replace atoms/bonds on canvas with phantoms (yes/no)"

also, fusing in any spiro position creates an explicit C with 5 valencies, see also #20
