cut any molecule throws #139

  1. ethane 2.Ctrl-A 3. Cut highly erratic behaviour, sometimes seconds after click.

the testcase will fix on this first:

  1. ethane 2.click select 3. select 1 atom+bond 4.Cut which is more consistently throwing an ArrayIndexOOBE
