AVD-VM-Health Check Failure Alert Too Frequently Run #23

This alert will trigger a large amount of alerts during scheduled maintenance and new VM's are deployed. Recommend to adjust the query or alter the frequency when the alert is checked. Right now it's set to every 5 minutes. Maybe 15 minutes would be more ideal here? What we are trying to avoid is an alert storm sent to a customer where it's not all necessary.

We're testing out every 15 minutes and when we deploy new session hosts this month, I can provide more details on testing.

Hey @JCoreMS -- what did you end up doing for this one? The 15 minutes still isn't efficient. We might need to adjust this as the last time we deployed session hosts doing 50 at a time, it still send too many alerts.

I think @jamasten mentioned we wanted to look at if in Azure Gov, the Alert hit only sends it once, instead of a flooding of alerting messages. Thoughts?
