After nearly 4 months of slow work, JDA-Utilities 2.0 is reaching finalization! 🎉

This version has MANY changes that will break backwards compatibility for all JDA-Utilities users, but will ensure the library is properly organized from now onwards. The biggest breaking changes will require import errors to be fixed, as many entities will be shifting packaging between 1.9 and 2.0.
