Fixes for issue #115 and #110.

Also added 'model_scripts_dir' parameter that takes in the path to the model repo directory containing the scripts. With this functionality, users do not need to copy paste the parsl_csa workflow scripts inside their model directory. They can execute it from outside the repo. This has been tested with GraphDRP.
