I337, stable2 build, flashed snap.apk from nightlies (post 5922 in xda optimized cm13 thread) which was suggested as workaround. The problem alas persists. I can repro it quite easily by opening camera, doing a few screen touches to make it focus, maybe make a picture, then close the camera, and repeat a few times (in the attached log I think 4 times was enough)
