Add error checking to AlarmReceiver #11

So after @JohnGemignani makes the notifications enabled, and @agonza26 adds in the failed constants, you can add in the error checking to the AlarmReceiver.

@JoeTheSoda Constants are there for failed key. So you can add the key error checks now. Not yet ready for the enabled check though.

John got enabled by default. Still test to make sure they go off.
