catalog behaviors based on selected trigger or action #100

A helpful feature for the behavior editor would be to select either a trigger 
or an action and see a filtered list of behaviors which use that filter or that 
action.

This way, if I have one timer trigger five behaviors, I can easily see which 
ones and then select them for editing.

Or if I mistakenly had four behaviors for showing the same HUD, I could select 
that HUD action and see which behaviors result in its display.

This needs review to see if it is still valid for Kuda2. These need to be 
retested and opened as needed. On hold for now until that happens. Commend as 
needed.
