pre-generation of HTML file with provided gene expression matrix #28

Dear UBit2,

I really like the concept of the client-side all in one HTML tool. After exploring it, I was wondering if there was a way for a "command line bioinformatician" to execute a command that passes a file with a gene expression matrix, that then gets used as input in an ready to use Analysis HTML file. Do you know what I mean? I do not want the user to have access to FASTQ alignment step. Simply to generate a HTML file with the gene expression data preloaded so that they can use the analysis tools to look at the PCA and query genes, etc..

would this be possible now with your scripts?

Thank you for sharing this nice tool!

This is a great idea, and something we'd love to see implemented. It is not possible right now with our current scripts.
