I really like the concept of the client-side all in one HTML tool. After exploring it, I was wondering if there was a way for a "command line bioinformatician" to execute a command that passes a file with a gene expression matrix, that then gets used as input in an ready to use Analysis HTML file. Do you know what I mean? I do not want the user to have access to FASTQ alignment step. Simply to generate a HTML file with the gene expression data preloaded so that they can use the analysis tools to look at the PCA and query genes, etc..
Dear UBit2,

would this be possible now with your scripts?
Thank you for sharing this nice tool!
