Packer gives erroneous output when variable names contain non ASCII characters #78

JavaScript allow unicode characters in variable names.
Example code:

var Ą = "sdfsf";
switch (str) {
    case Ą:
      // some code
}

Packer output:
varĄ="sdfsf";switch(str){caseĄ:}

There's no space between 'var' and 'Ą' and between 'case' and 'Ą'

Tested on: http://base2.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/src/apps/packer/packer.html
