9 years ago I have plans for Africa once East Asia is more finished in its history. East Africa is actually very important. It was the center of trade in both the Classical and Medieval Eras-especially the Swahili coast, Somalia, and Madagascar. Most of the trade from Asia came to East Africa before moving into the Middle East and on to Europe. Sure the Silk Road was an important land route, but more trade moved to and from Europe via Africa until the Portuguese found a way to go around Africa in the 15th century. As for performance, it seems to run steady enough for me, and I'm running it on a 3 year old Chinese domestic market laptop. I think its ok for now. Don't worry if you feel you don't have time or are not interested in Africa, just do the areas you think you can do with whatever time that you have. ;)
Hey was just wondering, do we actually need all the extra provinces that are added from the mod to Eastern Afirca? I am thinking of a suggestion that will improve the performance of the mod, cause thats one area which i think is very important, and i was thinking that if we remove the provinces the performance would get quite a bit of an improvement from removeing them.
Wondering what you guys think about this, personally I have no intrest in africa and see it not improving anything in the long run and I think it will just slog the game down like India does with vanilla..
