Add styling for the jfxtras calendar #185

There are no styles in jmetro for the jfxtras calendar, so the calendar is rendered with dark grey areas - see attached screnshot. Clipboard02

Very similar issue also from jfxtras with LocalDateTimeTextField and dark jmetro style datetime wrong color
