30 year averages broken up into basins

Annual averages or monthly averages?

cahartin commented 6 years ago

both. i think. i forgot exactly what we wanted.

Distribution of ph seasonal amplitude (annual range) for CESM1-BGC.

Is this sort of figure okay? These are histograms, do you think density plots be better?

that looks great. I think density would be best.

@cahartin @CLynchy see labnotebook.zip for

New figures that include the seasonal amplitude time series and seasonal amplitude distribution for CESM1-BGC. Last time we spoke there was some interest expressed in the IPSL model so I have included the same plots for CESM1-BGC but for IPSL, but not for spCO2 because we do not have spCO2 observations for IPSL.

I also included time series and amplitude figures of all of the models, however these figures are fairly cluttered and hard to interpret.

I am planning on printing out the CESM and IPSL figures for the meeting tomorrow. Let me know if there is anything else you would like to see or if you have any suggestions. I have time to work on OA stuff tomorrow before the meeting.

If you don't have time to look it over before tomorrow no worries, we'll talk about it then.

Thanks!
