investigate seasonal amplitudes and any shifts/changes in future

  1. compare model amplitudes to observations
  2. compare models to each other across basin - sameness
  3. compare changes in amplitudes across models/across basins
  4. k and s values for models/basins - maybe 1 model all basins ? @kdorheim thoughts on rough outline?
