Update fldgen component to reflect changes in fldgen and an2month packages #49

Fldgen component now runs successfully with Hector data as input. The debug output I dumped looks plausible, but we should probably take a closer look at it.

Oops, HectorStubComponent unit test is failing because I added the preindustrial temperature parameter and forgot to update the test. I'll fix that up shortly.
