Xanthos will use the gridded precipitation and temperature data provided by another component, if available. Otherwise it expects those inputs to be specified in its configuration.

Remove files for tests that no longer exist (new.json, toy.json)
Create a test for the Xanthos component, and add data necessary for the test.
