Next steps for determining "The Why"

Currently comparing all True vs all False, this seems to be apples to oranges.

Step 1) Generate single "True" runs for: coupling -> NBP constraint? carbonCycling? beta? rh?

Not all of these will make sense

Step 2) If we took the LUC change emissions from GCAM, converted them as in land_utils.R, then used them to restraint annual NBP in Hector. We get the same output as we get in the offline model with all parameters set to "True". Correct?
