Rename DACCS to CDR #703

This was brought up by @d3y419 during the Hector V3 & GCAM core model proposal that daccs uptake would more appropriately be named cdr. Due to the code-breaking changes this variable rename should not occur until V4.

Another variable name request that came up was instead of global_tas we use gsat @ssmithClimate
