Update Hector default parameters in the ini files #728

As part of our work for the Hector V3 manuscript revisions several changes were made to the model #502 #536 so we recalibrated the model. These parameter values need to be updated in the ini files. See here to re-run the calibration protocol.

The following parameter values are

diff : 2.38 q10_rh: 1.76 beta: 0.53 nat_n2o: 9.72 nat_ch4: 335.1

The PR associated with this issue should include the following

  1. changes to all of the ini files & updated old/new tests
  2. a figure or two comparing previous Hector temp/co2/ocean heat flux behavior with new model behavior
