check the old vs new sage data? #1

are the fractions and yields the same? can't check every file, but check a few

yield and harvested area (as fraction of grid cell) are identical for corn, rice, soybean, and wheat the only difference is that in some cases there are some zero values in the new data i did not check the newly included harvested area (in area units) or production values because that would take significantly more work (these are calculated within lds)
