normalize sage harvested area to sage crop area #3

the sage harvested area is applied to the hyde crop area, altering the multi-cropping ratios first normalize the harvested area, then apply it to the hyde crop area to maintain the multi-cropping ratios in the sage data

This is fixed in current version 2.0.0
