add a raster file output denoting the final and complete land distribution #5

this can then be used to create shapefiles of the desired boundaries or maybe this is a few files, each for a specific boundary set maybe this is just formalizing some of the diagnostic raster outputs

The gcam region, country, ctry87, and gcam region/glu raster diagnostic outputs represent the overall land mask. The other raster output diagnostics are based on their own land limits, but can be masked by the ones named above to represent the final land limits included in the output data files. As the land distribution is denoted by several files, a single file won't work here. Maybe rethink this in the future.
