example.py run error. #48

Hi, I am trying to run the example file but I keep running into an error after "Start Hydropower Actual". I have tried changing my pandas version but I am getting the same error. Here is the error

File "pandas_libs\groupby.pyx", line 692, in pandas._libs.groupby.group_quantile TypeError: must be real number, not tuple

Hello, why can't I find this example data? Can you tell me where you found it
