Find out why some flux values are so extreme (measurement error? real data? information maybe on the SRDB site

Nothing interesting at the sites in Texas and Beijing that might explain the 15kg of CO2 per cm^2 per year flux, I will assume that they are due to some freak event or the chamber misread a much smaller value.
