Add common-id #4

See https://forum.snapcraft.io/t/support-for-appstream-id/2327 Currently GNOME Software will show two separate entries for the Flatpak and Snap. This will make it show a single app where the user can choose between Snap or Flatpak. gnome software

Use same id as Flatpak: https://www.flathub.org/apps/details/com.github.PintaProject.Pinta

Thanks for the suggestion. Someone had asked for this previously in the context of Ubuntu's own package but as far as I remember the 1.6 releases used the wrong metadata to make a difference. I hadn't considered the Flatpak and I believe 1.7(.1?) fixed this upstream so this is well worth having now :)

I'll push it to the stable channel shortly.
