[BUG] Print start on Z too high #57

On my Artist-D, With the RC1 firmware When I start the print, the head gets too high (more than 1 cm above the bed) and the print starts in the air.

I bed level the 16 points I start the cut print on the SD card

It is still a bug for me. Why after the layer 0 start 1 cm above the bed after the bed leveling procedure
