Move the current firmware out of the bugfix-2.0.x branch. Target goal is to rebase the firmware on the 2.0 release of Marlin. Getting to this release I believe will make future moves much easier.
Historically looks like the reason the firmware was based from Marlin bugfix-2.0.x branch was because the 2.0 wasn't stable yet, it wouldn't become stable for several months after Artist-D was prototyped.
