[Suggestion]: A third option to "Station ratings fixed at 100%" that applies it to freight only. #531

jgrpp-0.53.3 on Windows 10, 64-bit

Expected result

There should be an option for the "Station ratings fixed at 100%" cheat to only apply it for freight cargoes only; in other words all cargoes except passengers and mail. This option is useful in case both freight and passenger services are desired, as freight would be run at 100% efficiency (simplifying calculations) while passenger ratings still reflect the quality of service (which along with usage stats allows the company to see which services need improvement).

Actual result

There is no such option. If station ratings are fixed at 100%, all freight services would be run at full efficiency, but companies would no longer be able to get a good picture of passenger service quality by looking at station ratings alone, as they would also be fixed at 100%.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Have an established company with passenger and freight services.
  2. Enable the cheat "Station ratings fixed at 100%"
  3. Notice passenger services are affected by the cheat, which may not be desirable for all players.
