[Bug]: Sprite flickering on newgrf tram catenary sprites #599

Version of OpenTTD

JGR 0.54.5, Windows 10

Expected result

I'm working on a new extra tall suspended monorail tracktype. I expect no sprite flickering. In 13.4, I don't see any sprite flickering.

Actual result

Sprite flickering on the tall catenary when running in JGR.

Steps to reproduce

jpsusmontest.zip Attached is a .zip with a savefile and the required NewGRF. This is currently the only implemented orientation, I expect the others to have similar problems once they're done.

jpsusmon.zip Attached is a .zip with a newer version of the newgrf, which includes a completed tramtype.
