[Bug]: Standard block pre-signal won't display on some games #631

Expected result

in my company setting, i allow display of all kind of signals for trains. but, for an unknown reason, on some game/Set/grf, standard pre-signals won't display.

Alright, just found out it's the realistic braking system doing this, if activated, standard pre-signals won't show up.
