[Bug]: Macos: asks permission to access Documents folder on every launch and has trouble starting #644

Version of OpenTTD

0.57.1 MacOS 14.0

Expected result

The application should only ask to access the documents folder on the first launch.

Actual result

Each time I open OpenTTD JGRPP, it asks to get access to the documents folder. Sometimes I have to click "allow" multiple times before the app launches. Besides, it often doesn't respond while launching

Steps to reproduce

  1. Put into the application folder
  2. Open as administrator
  3. Problem
