[Bug]: Text shadow issue in the Industry chain window #673

jgrpp-0.58.1

Expected result

No text shadows

Actual result

image Maybe this occurs when using custom TTF fonts. I've encountered a similar issue before

Steps to reproduce

  1. (Set some ttf fonts)
  2. Open the Industry chain window
  3. Click the drop button of Link to smallmap

+ Edit: It seems #460 is occured again
