[Bug]: Right click map move broken in screen corners #705

Version of OpenTTD

0.59.0

Expected result

I am able to move the the map view all directions as anywhere else.

Actual result

I am only able to move Point of View towards the directions where my screen is. That means even on left side of map I cannot move right with cursor in one of right corners.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Load a game
  2. Place cursor in corner
  3. Make sure you have setting that allows you to do the action turned on
  4. Try to move cursor outwards while holding right button
  5. Observe

The behaviour here is the same as standard OpenTTD. You can change the scrolling/mouse settings in the Interface -> Viewports section of the settings. You may want to turn on the "Pan window when mouse is at the edge" setting, if you want to scroll using the corners.
