Expected result

When OpenMSX or any music library is installed, either the sound should be inherited from the settings from the users actual Open TTD installation, or some indication should be given to users that volume has been set to zero.

Actual result

Volume silently is set to zero for music, but setting is maintained for effects, making the user think that music doesn't work properly with JGRPP.

Steps to reproduce

It's highly likely that power-users of JGRPP can't reproduce this because it's unique to not having JGRPP set up prior. Have a clean system (with out prior JGRPP downloads, or a way to sandbox it), download OpenTTD normal version through steam, play that, and make sure music plays, then download JGRPP, and install OpenMSX and OpenSFX

Never mind I can't reproduce this, this may have been user error.
