Remove Edge dependency. #1

Edge is like 200 MB. Remove edge and compile another JavaScript <-> C# layer.

I'll look into freezing pyc2e to a single exe as a temporary size reduction measure until I write the c++ to make into a node plugin as @robinduckett mentioned in discord.
