Mocha testing integration w/ Spectron + Chai

Added Mocha testing integration with Spectron and Chai

• Basic Unit Testing Support
• Very simple example tests
• Updated ID on CAOS Tool so it could be targeted
• Added initial test.caos fixture to test syntax highlighting in future

Simply running npm test should run the tests in electron
