German translations #15

this PR adds german translations to the app

depends on #14 since the typos of the keys are already fixed closes #8

@hofmmaxi it would also be very helpful if you could translate the landing page of the app on Google Play, so I can add the German page along with the English and Spanish ones. I would need the translation of the short description and the full description. You can add a comment with it.
