German translations for Play Store app description #41

This PR adds German translations of the Google Play Store app description as previously mentioned in #15.

Didn't know where to put them, I hope this file locations is fine. ^^'

I have submitted the german page to the Google Play Store. It will take some time to appear. Thank you. I close the PR because this is not something related with the code of the app.
