kodi: Use Wayland/GBM instead of X11 #5

Use Wayland with Kodi (By example with Weston or Sway) or GBM.

Ensure is fully feature equivalent first or wait.

Maybe also requires to use a dedicated systemd service: https://github.com/graysky2/kodi-standalone-service

Eventually, allow user to select the between X11/GBM/Wayland.
