CH4 timeseries in CO2eq #4

Some CH4 time series for the third party source are in GgCO2eq instead of Gg. As this is a GWP specific unit this has to be considered a bug and has to be fixed. The unit originates from sector 3A (Livestock) where the first priority source is FAOSTAT. Some of the raw FAOSTAT data is MtCO2eq instead of Mt and this passed to other categories as correction needs a specified GWP.

Issue will be fixed for next release.

Fixed in FAO data. Will be fixed in PRIMAP-hist with next release.
