In some cases CEDS data is before a certain date. For Eritrea this is the case for agricultural CH4 before 1990. Thus agricultural data before the start of the FAO timeseries in 1961 is zero which is unrealistic. See attached plot.
We need to identify if this problem occurs for more countries and find a workaround.
