Datapoints added in UNFCCC DI data for waste CH4, N2O, Other CO2, N2O, which are very low. Investigate the source of the data to check if it is correct.

Data for waste has been corrected in the UNFCCC DI interface. However, the time series does not seem to be consistent withe the data in the NIR that was submitted with NC4 (for 2017 it is compatible, but the years directly before are missing completely and and earlier years have inconsistent data). LULUCF data is inconsistent in the NC4 (CH4 is missing in the KYOTOGHG sum). Emissions from the "other" sector are not present in the NIR. To solve this issue, read the NIR data.

NC4 has been included in PRIMAP-hist v2.5
