Removed all instances of saved frames from both melee.c and encount.c
Moved some color tables to colors.h

Added QuickRepair() func to refresh texts background in Melee menu which draws only 1 selected frame in set context
Added RepairPickFrame() func to do the same in pickship.c
The func is also used for loadmele.c

PickFrame is now a local var for pickship.c which loaded and destroyed in corresponding fucntions (which are placed effectively in the same place, before and after DrawArmadaPickShip() calls)
Removed code that sets PickFrame hot spot to 0:0, altered its .ani file respectively
