In the same vein as this issue, add manual overrides for all subsystems on the robot in the event of hardware or software failure (for example, during 2020 season the Hopper lift encoder dislodged and kept driving the motor down)
Import the safety configuration settings from FRC-2021 in LabVIEW (safety timeout, controller and encoder safety settings, any others)
