@Michael-Equi Should i just put a header?
Most messages have a stamped variant if they are standard. Custom messages may need a header to be added on. The header also need to be filled out in the code. Do this in a new branch
No you have to put some more stuff in it as well

We are preparing to do advanced development optimization using ros bags. It will be helpful to have all messages time stamped for graphing utilities, and time critical system analysis.
